Joseph Pilarski - Chairman and CEO

Joseph has more than 30 years experience in the computing industry, starting with IBM in technical, sales and managerial positions. Following that he has served in several executive positions, including CEO, with several high tech companies where he gained experience with both the development and marketing of software product and in providing custom software development and support for both large and small corporations. His most recent position was as Chairman and CEO of a TSE listed company.

Boris Weisman, Ph.D. - President

Boris has more than 30 years of experience providing consulting services to Industry and Government in a range of areas including industrial air pollution assessment and control, regulatory impact and compliance, dispersion studies and permitting requirements, and dispersion model and systems development. He has been advising clients in the Mining and Smelting, Petroleum, Steel, Cement, Automotive, Utility, Chemical and Manufacturing sectors on regulatory and systems issues. He has also consulted to Government and Research groups and has served as the Executive Director of the multi-scale air quality model development network established at York University.

Brian Ko, B.Comm, PMP - Director IT Services

Brian has been delivering IT and project management solutions for over 10 years in a wide range of industries including environmental, petroleum, computing, education, finance, medical, automotive, and advertising. He has implemented various mission critical environmental systems, including process inventory and chemical management, environmental reporting, real-time network monitoring, air dispersion modeling, weather forecasting, environmental reporting and data exchange, and integration with external systems and process historian databases.
